Client Service Analyst
Brandon is a member of Athena Capital’s Client Operations team, responsible for handling money movement, trading, and account maintenance as well as providing general client service pertaining to investment operations.
Prior to joining Athena Capital, Brandon worked for the Operations team at Putnam Investments. He managed a team that was responsible for overseeing and reconciling all public data for clients. Brandon played an active role in the service evaluation process, which included monitoring the quality of client calls and delivering feedback to team members on performance.
