Client Service Manager
As a Client Service Manager at Athena, Joanna is responsible for managing money movement, trading, transactions, account maintenance, as well as overseeing general client service pertaining to investment operations.
Prior to Athena, Joanna was a specialist in the Retirement Operations and Retirement Consulting Services departments at Commonwealth Financial Network. Joanna handled financial advisors’ inquiries regarding IRA/qualified plan distributions, taxability, plan design, product placement, vendor selection, and a variety of other topics.
